Muzi, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Muzi application available on AppStore, Google, and Roku devices (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Welcome to Muzi, the easiest way to enjoy live event experiences directly on your smart phone or your Roku, AirPlay, or Chromecast device.

Muzi brings you a clean, simple, and engaging entertainment experience designed to showcase new sounds, events, and video-streaming content—all from the comfort of your home.

Muzi is a Roku app developed by Muzi, Inc., offering a streamlined interface for discovering and enjoying music-centered and event content. Whether you're relaxing, entertaining guests, or exploring something new, Muzi delivers a seamless listening experience.

• Easy-to-use interface: Designed for quick navigation and straightforward enjoyment.
   
• Public content: Access live music, performances at smaller venues, bands who wish to take their music outside their normal reach, comedy shows, local sports, rallies, protests, public political events, safety event, or any public event. [Note: private events will be available in 2027]
   
• Lightweight design: Fast loading, minimal buffering, and reliable performance.
   
• Constant upgrades: New features, and improvements continue to roll out, and many scheduled upgrades.

How it works

• Users (Streamers) upload their live content to the Muzi app, by logging into the app, adding an event. The app GPS determines your location. You begin casting, and then share it with your FB account if you'd like your content shared there, and stored. FB's default will store it for 30 days. You can download it from there for up to 30 days.

• Other Streamers will upload their content for the same event, and it is linked with other content creators into a single event by the Muzi app, discovered via GPS.

• Viewers at home can cast the event from their smart phone to their TV, via Chromecast, AirPlay or using the Muzi App found in Roku Apps

• Viewers can view the event content using the "liveswitch," which enables them to switch from feed to feed via a remote switch (their phone or their TV remote).

• Streamer and Viewer Users create a personal profile, including a unique public screen name, and a short bio.

Streamers can be: individual streamers, audience members, venues, news casters, pod casters, bands, event managers, etc. 

Viewers are anyone who enjoys original content and finding new things to watch, fans, event viewers, etc.,

• Accessible Automated Submission Process: Anyone can submit any live performance content to Muzi without industry barriers, as long as it's legal and not infringing on the rights of anyone, any copyright, or trademark. 

• Casters take full liability for their content.
