Welcome to Muzi, operated by Muzi, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Muzi application available on Roku devices (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Muzi, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

You may not use any trademarks or branding associated with Muzi without our written permission.

The App may include links or access to third-party content, streams, or services. Muzi, Inc. is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or availability of third-party content
   
• The privacy practices of external services
   
• Any harm arising from your interactions with third-party providers
   

Using such services is at your own risk and subject to their independent terms.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.
We may also revise these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of the App after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for accessing the App.

Termination may occur without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state or jurisdiction in which Muzi, Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
